Product Inspection

 

After sourcing the product, Naxos provides a comprehensive inspection service in three phases. First, an initial inspection is conducted before production begins to ensure that materials and designs meet the client’s requirements. The second inspection is carried out during production to ensure the process adheres to the required standards. Finally, a pre-shipment inspection is performed to confirm that every product meets the specifications and is ready for transport.

Product Transportation and Insurance

This phase encompasses the key processes of transportation and securing goods throughout their journey. The goal is to ensure a safe transportation and customs clearance process, protecting the products from any risks during transit.

ALL RISKS Product Insurance

During the transportation process, Naxos provides ALL RISKS insurance, protecting products against major risks such as fire, flooding, and other damages. The insurance covers the products from the factory in China to their delivery in Albania, ensuring clients' peace of mind throughout the journey.

Transportation from China to Albania

Once the inspection is complete and the product is ready for transportation, Naxos organizes the shipment from Chinese ports to Albania. This step includes coordinating sea freight, offering flexibility for clients who wish to ship smaller quantities through groupage or full container loads. The process also involves preparing and managing the necessary documentation for international shipping, ensuring a secure and timely delivery.

Local Transportation in Albania

After customs clearance, Naxos manages local transportation to deliver the products directly to the client in Albania. This phase ensures that the goods arrive on time and in perfect condition. Financial Management
